On the 28th of May the 2016 UEFA Champions League Final will be celebrated at the San Siro stadium in Milan between Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid. It is the second time in the tournament's history that two clubs from the same city will compete in the final, after the same teams faced each other two seasons ago.

This match will conclude the 61st edition of Europe's premier club football tournament organised by UEFA. After eliminating PSV, FC Barcelona and Bayern München, Atletico de Madrid will try to win the first Champions League title in their history, while Real Madrid have the opportunity to win the tournament for the eleventh time.

On their way to the final, Real Madrid have eliminated A.S. Roma, VfL Wolfsburg and Manchester City.
